Marks & Spencer

Archive Exhibit

Brief/Challenges

Our client was creating a exhibition to celebrate Marks & Spencer’s archive in its home at Leeds University. The exhibition was to be highly visual and authentic.

Commission

We worked incredibly closely with the curatorial team to make sure that our items were exact replicas of the items in questions. They included a antique gold frame lined with red silk to display collection buttons, a 1950s television set box to dress a modern 21” screen, a M&S Melting Moments chocolate pudding – mmd melt, a original wooden till, ARP helmets and a stuffed cockerel. These items where mostly touchable interactives by visitors and help tell the M&S story.
